Repeat!!!!! Breakfast : Greek yogurt with chopped fruit and granola, not from store, I make it myself. snack : string cheese lunch : grilled chicken salad Snack : yogurt/cheese/fruit/baby carrots just depends dinner : grilled Protein like chicken/turkey/fish and some veggies like green beans/ corn/ broccoli and SMALL serving of rice That's a basic days, these are all very small portions and I eat till I'm full, but I rarely finish. Hey guys I'm Aaron from above I had to create another profile cause that one got locked out. To answer your question no I don't drink Protein shakes and I only used them the first month post op. also those pics are 3 months old I have some more recent ones below' date=' and I've stopped running all together because I kept losing well past my goal and I wanted to gain muscle.
