I recently tried the Chike iced coffee and fell in <3 ! I originally ordered the sample pack off the Chike website. Double checked pricing on Amazon and it is a little cheaper.

Is it cheaper than the canister?

I drink the Organo Gold coffee. Personally love the Cafe Latte. WAAAAAAAY better than instant coffee, and the thing I love most about this coffee are the nutrition benefits with it. You don't even have to add any extra sugar or cream to it. Better than anything I've ever had at Starbucks!

I ordered the tub from Amazon because the shipping was cheaper. With shipping I paid 39.51 vs 42.45 if I ordered directly from Chike. The prices are 33.51 from Amazon and 32.95 from Chike but shipping was 6.00 with Amazon vs 9.50 with Chike.

I guess my post was a little confusing. I did originally order the sample packs from Chike but after deciding which ones I liked best I price shopped and found Amazon to save me a little on the tubs.

It´s funny how different advice can be. I live in Sweden and we Swedes are huge coffeedrinkers. Nothing has ever been said about not being allowed to have coffee. As a matter of fact, at the clinic I was offered coffee day 1 post op. I drink half and half, coffee and lactose free milk. And Decaf doesn´t hardly exist in Sweden. If you come here and ask for decaf they will go dewhat? I feel great, I drink coffee everyday and I will continue to do so.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
