vsginnj 415 Posted May 17, 2013 For me it's always the same Exercise, lots of Water, food journal- if I bite it I write it !! That makes me accountable to myself and also helps diagnose diet patterns like how I figured out I was eating 1 or 2 too many granola bars. I also weigh and measure ( my eyes lie!) hope that helps .
