Fueling Your Morning Workouts

So I am 7 weeks out and have lost 45 pounds so far but my eating/calories has increased and I have yet to begin a workout routine. I worked out consistently for years so I can handle working out and really miss the high but I simply don't have the energy. What did u do, or what works for you? Thx!

You just have to do it. The body will remember what to do. Start a little slow and the energy will pick up.
