newme42013 3 Posted June 8, 2013 Surgery date April 17th 2013 HW - 346 11/04/12 SW. - 320 04/17/13 CW - 290 = total 56lbs I joined Weight Watchers in November to get me started. Still going to weekly meetings for motivation, encouragement and accountability. I drink 2-3 Protein Shakes and eat 1 Dannon light greek vanilla yogurt each day. I am on the soft food stage but have thrown up numerous times when I get gas blocked under the food. Soups and baby pears are great and avocado goes down well. So happy that I finally had the courage to do this! Congratulations to everyone else on their losses!

moonchild1968 102 Posted June 8, 2013 I revised from band to sleeve (all-in- one) on April 18 and I'm down 42 unbelievable pounds and while I'm moving around a lot more, a goal of mine is to establish a realistic exercise schedule, too. 1 Bridget312001 reacted to this

Bridget312001 70 Posted June 9, 2013 I revised from band to sleeve (all-in- one) on April 18 and I'm down 42 unbelievable pounds and while I'm moving around a lot more, a goal of mine is to establish a realistic exercise schedule, too. I went on Craigslist and found a good quality elliptical machine to put in the garage. No expensive gym membership, no hassle of taking time out of my day to get ready and go to and from the gym, and no one cares if I wear my jammies or no bra when i exercise. 2 moonchild1968 and VS-Fat-To-Fit-Girl reacted to this

lahoffman 6 Posted June 11, 2013 Sleeved 4/30/13 Pre liquid diet weight: 314 Surgery date weight: 307 Today's weight: 272 I'm right at losing a pound a day, but I expect that to slow down a little, as exercising also builds muscle. Nothing to report, except those that are prescribed omeprozole or the like? Take it..it helps! Good luck to all.
