No game 14,437 Posted May 14, 2013 Breathe I know it sounds simple but deep cleansing breaths do wonders when your stressed or nervous... As hard as it seems try to get a good nights sleep, you will have a long day tomorrow. As far as surgery the most important thing after is to walk as much as you can in the hospital. Walking really helps relieve the pain from the "gasses" pumped into you from surgery. Good luck and remember, breathe Oh and welcome Helen 3 ISleevedIt, magpie30 and NewSetOfCurves reacted to this

No game 14,437 Posted May 14, 2013 I'm six months, I know sleeping the night before is easier said than done. I actually managed to sleep a bit even though I was freaking out. The fist few days after the surgery were a little rough for me, but some people go through and feel great right away! I would have to say it took me about 4 weeks to feel "normal" but at six months? Life's great 1 sixbuttons reacted to this
