7 lbs from goal. Before and After Pics

Hello everyone,

Just stopping by to post some before and after pics. I'm still 7 lbs away from goal but I'm totally happy I'm not where I used to be. I give all Glory to God because without Him none of this would be possible. It's been a long journey. My advice to those who are just starting would be to hang in there, your day will come. Yes VSG_me the way He guided me through this process He truly deserves all the praise. I was almost banded but my insurance would not allow me to be banded at a hospital that was NOT a center of excellence. I had to find another Doc and when I did he had other choices such as the sleeve. So I feel God guided me away from the band to the sleeve. I have a few friends who were banded before I was sleeved and they have not even lost 20 lbs
