newlife88 4 Posted December 6, 2015 I had surgery on 10/15. I'm down 51lbs! 21 prior to surgery and 30 since. HW421 SW400 CW370. I haven't really felt a huge difference yet, because my weight is still very high. It will take a lot before I begin to really feel the effects. I've had more good days than bad as I am still trying to figure out what I can eat and how much I can eat. I have every confidence this is going to work and I am going to get to my goal of being under 200 pounds. It does take a while to figure everything out! It's definitely a life changing experience but it's a change for the better.

Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted December 23, 2015 It appears that Amy's husband has hijacked her login. That is just creepy. If we wants to participate on this board for support with his weight loss surgery I suggest he get his own login. I also hope Amy is ok.

Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted December 23, 2015 Do a search on this site. Many people have gone to Mexico, there is a whole subforum related to surgery in Mexico. As to pregnancy after WLS I don't know if there is a subforum but I have definitely seen posts.

doubledinfla 84 Posted January 30, 2016 I notice that must sleeves are in the high 200's but is there anyone who started higher. My weight day off was 362 give or take a pound....my doctor told me the most common procedure for my weight was the bypass but the long term results are very much the same. Im 5'7" but I definitely strated off way bigger than some posts I see...just curious to know I'd I'm alone lol Dstined4gr8tnes I am very similar to you in size. I started at 364. I am 5'8". I had a sleeve July 30. I am down 104 lbs. Did you have surgery already? And if so did you have the sleeve or bypass?
ssflbelle 829 Posted January 31, 2016 Had my sleeve, hernia repair and gallbladder removed Tuesday at 314. My highest weight was 497 back in the 1999. 5 days post op and I am 307. If you follow the high Protein & vegs the weight will come off. I hope to be well below 300's before I return to work late Feb.
