amytug 996 Posted May 21, 2013 Pre workout snack:snack: 2 T natural Peanut Butter and 1/2 T natural jelly Breakfast: 2 hard boiled egg yolks. 1/8 c oatmeal with 1t coconut sugar and 1/2t raw cacao powder. Lunch; 2 T natural Peanut Butter and 1/2 T natural jelly (again) It's 3:30 and I've started my Protein drink. I'm completely out of money and out of meat. I'm trying to stay below 100 carbs and still get my Protein. I'm not going to have any more nutty food today. I'm at 808 calories when I finish the drink.
