kulita 243 Posted May 13, 2013 If you get Unjury's strawberry sorbet you can make popsicles, Jello, and fruit jell pies with it! You can add it to some lemonade for a strawberry lemonade drink, or do like my friend does and make it with some yogurt for a strawberry cheesecake flavor. 1 mysleevemylife reacted to this

nsquared 232 Posted May 13, 2013 I put Unjury unflavored Protein Powder in cold beverages all day. I especially like it in my diet Snapple teas! 1 mysleevemylife reacted to this
newat52 1,613 Posted May 13, 2013 My favorite way was to make some Protein spiked sugarfree pudding. I blend a scoop of either chocolate or unflavored and have also used vanilla Protein Powder. (I use Unjury) with about 1 1/4 cup of skim milk. Then add the pudding, chocolate for me, thank you. blend it I would put it in two cups or glasses and chill. It came out to about 175 calories and 15 grams of Protein. It helped when I needed the calories and if I was short on protein I could make it with a 2 scoops. Added 50 calories. Couldn't tell it was there and is really good. I still make it for a nighttime snack.< /p> Also love making a Mocha. I would take my leftover coffee. I can drink about half a cup in the morning and add chocolate protein powder and a cup of skim and it makes a pretty good mocha. This morning I wanted something thicker and added a tablespoon of chocolate sugarfree pudding and gotta say, thinkened it a bit and was yummy. I usually like those thin so I can taste the coffee flavor but this was different. Hope that gives you something to go on.

Truckerchic_M 92 Posted May 13, 2013 Unjury protein'd cheese sauce added to a bit of Soup they also have a chicken soup flavored Protein that is pretty good...you can get a sample variety pack on their web site to try some flavors and they have a lot of recipe ideas
SpaceDust 585 Posted May 13, 2013 Get some of the unflavored Protein powder and add it to whatever you're eating to boost the protein levels more or less painlessly. If you do cottage cheese or yogurt, add it to those. If you have a small serving of mashed potatoes, it works there.

kulita 243 Posted May 13, 2013 Ok continue eating what you are eating and supplement with Protein drinks/teas/pudding/ideas posted here. The idea about the pudding and the iced tea is awesome. I also agree about adding some to cottage cheese and the mashes potatoes. The ONLY issue with adding some unflavored to food is that it can become unstable (texture changes) at temps above 140 degrees. powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury can't be found at GNC you will have to get it online at unjury.com. They do have a sampler pack if you want to try it out and the do have recipes too. Between Unjury and Syntrax's nectar those are my go-to's. I don't really like the nectar fruit flavors, only the dessert ones, and you can get this at vitacost.com or Vitamin shoppe. One poster gave you a link to theworldaccordingtoeggface and she has a lot of really neat, delicious recipes.< /p>
