Optimal weight loss, long term. Drinking a Protein shake pre-workout or post workout?

massindex 346 Posted May 13, 2013 I agree with Bean. Protein is required within 30 minutes after completing a workout. 1 danyelleb reacted to this
Globetrotter 1,340 Posted May 15, 2013 Today I had first dinner - 3 oz lamb, some steamed broccoli, 2 tsp mashed potato, 45 min before the gym. Then I will have second dinner, a Protein Shake, after the gym. Tomorrow I am going to do cardio in the morning before I eat/drink anything and then have scrambled eggs afterward.
