I have my psyche appointment on Thursday. Then everything will be sent to my insurance. Is a pre op diet for everyone? What are the requirements?

No. It depends on your surgeon! That said, I believe that most want you on a low fat / low carb diet for a couple weeks to "shrink" your liver. I will be 2 weeks on Optifast.< /p>
