Ms Wisdom 18 Posted May 13, 2013 I'm sitting here this morning in the doctors office waiting to get my first visit since I gave him my criteria from the insurance company. I don't know what the scale will say. For the most part I've followed the 1,400 calories, but actually the only real exercise I've been doing is at work (where I put anywhere from 8,000-10,000 steps on my pedometer). Anyway I'm going to focus on getting some 'me' time this next 30 days.

Makes me want to get mine out and wear it again, because I'm not getting ANY exercise these days. I have a lot of joint pain. By the way....could you take pity on us older folk and increase the size of your text? I had to pull out my magnifying glasses!! 1 Ms skinniness reacted to this
