Mendif 21 Posted June 11, 2013 Is that including pre-op diet or all of it lost post-op? I had a 6 day pre-op diet which I lost 9 pounds on. For me it's all the same. The day I started the pre-op was the day I started to change my eating habits and started to change my life

Euroyen99 37 Posted June 13, 2013 I was sleeved on March 18th. I am down 80 pounds. I eat an average of 1300 calories a day and exercise every day which burns off anywhere from 300 to 600 depending what I do. I still am pretty tired most days, but am hoping that will get better. Any one else feel really tired most days? I would have thought that would have stopped by now.
