michelle38 23 Posted May 13, 2013 Hi. Tomorrow is my three months. Just wanted to tell my experience at three month out for me. I weighed today and I'm down 48 pounds. For three months I am very happy about that. I know without this surgery I could not have done it that fast. I have had stalls along the way and one week I actually gained two pounds. Very discouraging. But I knew it would get better. And it has. Having this forum to read I knew some people gained and I knew alot of people had stalls. And that it was normal. I can eat anything I want. Haven't had anything to make me sick. I do have to be careful and stay away from my sliders. My favorite slide is Cheetos. I do allow myself a few every Monday night. But that's all. I know I don't want to go back to my old habits. I still don't eat bread. I am afraid if I start on it I won't be able to stop. So for me I stay away from it. I also stay away from sodas. I do not drink with my meals. I wait thirty minutes after I eat. I've been bless to have a great recovery. And looking forward to the next few months and years of my life. 4 want2clessofme, Trenya07@aol.com, sharonintx and 1 other reacted to this

LovetoDeath 93 Posted May 13, 2013 If you like cheetos, I have an alternative for you. In the baby section of stores they have these cheese puffs for babies. They hardly have any calories or anything. Eat a few of those instead of the full fat ones and you will still get your fix!
