I think it may end today, but I stopped in to GNC to check out prices. They are letting you join their gold membership free!! Saved me some cash on protien powder and shakes! Woohoo!!!

Which Protein Powder did you get? I did the same thing last weekend. Also got a few Quest Protein Bars to try.

My Nut recommends powder/shakes that are at least 24g Protein and less than 10g Carbs. So I picked up a sample of their new GNC Protien Lean 24, and then some GNC Performance Pro. Both met those requirements and were actually less than 5g Carbs. They are 100% whey Protien, and there are lots of flavors...even unflavored.

I found that this route is a bit cheaper than anything else locally. Even Sam's was pretty high, and didn't have much of a selection. Our's is pretty little and no Cosco here. Gotta get ready for the pre-op diet that starts next week. EEK!
