judy79 18 Posted May 9, 2013 I am on day 4 and that with a Pure Protein Bar a day added to my diet ansd down almost 4 pounds, can't wait to see what the next 26 days will bring. The squat doesn't take long,and is one of the most complete excercises there is!!! Who is in?? I'm Going to do this test today where you start off with one squat then rest 30 seconds then 2 squats then rest 30 seconds then 3 squats then rest and so on until you can't do any more reps.
