No pre-op diet = bowel cleanse?

My doc has said no pre-op diet. I'm doing a modified one anyway. If you didn't have to do all iquids for two weeks before did you have to do any type of bowel cleanse? I think I am on Clear Liquids only for 24 hours prior to surgery.

I had no preop diet and only did Clear Liquids for 24 hours prior. My surgery went well, no complications or issues. good luck to you!
