newat52 1,613 Posted May 8, 2013 I will third that. Walking is the best and really the only way. Plus, it helps with your overall recovery. You don't have to overdo it, just short, frequent walks will do the trick. Next week will be so much better, and every week after will be better than the last. Hang in there! mswanda9577 44 Posted May 9, 2013 Mine stay for about 4 day. I walked several times per day . It helped. I also did light stretches to work the gas around.
