Im on month 5 and down 53lb, is this slow or average?

It stops when you want it to stop. I'm 18lbs to goal and its really slowing down now but I'm not going to stop till I have got down to a healthy BMI range. Its kinda non-negotiable for me .... maybe cos I was self-pay thats pretty motivating in itself. Your rate of weight loss depends on so many factors it is redundant - unless you find someone the same age, same sex, and same start weight and height as you. So for the record I think you are doing great! Keep it up :)

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
