I'm 18lbs to goal and its really slowing down now but I'm not going to stop till I have got down to a healthy BMI range. Its kinda non-negotiable for me .... maybe cos I was self-pay thats pretty motivating in itself. Your rate of weight loss depends on so many factors it is redundant - unless you find someone the same age, same sex, and same start weight and height as you.
