I have been researching foe 2 years & followed 2 friends go through this journey. I've been really grouchy the past two days and "nesting". I want my house clean and organized for my hubby and son. I want to be able to come home and relax without having a dirty house. crazy nerves I guess? ![/quote']

I so totally did this. I did a spring cleaning on my house like I would not be able to clean for a month. I was much calmer prior to my surgery because I knew I could lay in bed for a week and not feel bad. Completely worth it!

Every day you fight temptation by following your preop plan, your helping yourself to a smoother more successful recovery ( that's what I'm telling myself as my tummy growls at me angrily right now anyway)
