CCRNonherway 78 Posted June 15, 2013 For those of you who were prescribed Zofran ODT, did you have to get an insurance approval for it? My pharmacy is walgreen's and they are requiring pre-authorization from my doctors office and insurance. I'm guessing its expensive?!

JoiaRox 430 Posted June 15, 2013 joiaRox did ur insurance cover both If you're talking LapBand removal and the sleeve, yes. My removal was done in March and then I was, essentially, treated as a new patient applying for the sleeve. Luckily, the requirements were fairly easy and I was approved on the first submittal. 3 Brenda0928, MrsPierre and Dee White reacted to this

Denise Smith 6 Posted June 15, 2013 Thank you Brenda its been awful to be so sick. I feel sorry for my husband because he has to deal with my serious health issues. He drives me to the doctors because I have neuropathy. I not able to drive. I want a good quality of life. I have not been given a choice about having the gastric sleeve. It is either that or die at the age of 44. 1 Brenda0928 reacted to this

Healthier2day1227 326 Posted June 15, 2013 Help- getting sleeved Wednesday and having a horrible day today thinking about what my life will be like afterwards!! I am also really missing my coffee and could not get started this morning. Trying to clean the house to prepare and getting nowhere! Can anyone relate? Yes I can relate. I'm getting it same day as you and scared anticipating the pain plus 6 weeks of modified diet, but I know it will all be worth it. My dr made me do three weeks of a pre op liquid diet so I'm very tired of Protein Shakes and not looking forward to three more weeks of liquid after surgery. Other than that, yes I do get to feeling like its gonna be so weird how I will relate to life without the same eating habits. But then I just think of the weight loss that lies ahead and it gives me hope. 2 Brenda0928 and getlownurse reacted to this
