I really would like to know if anyone else has had side effects from Optifast. I'm on day 4 and daily routine is 2 optifast bars, 1 optifast choc moose and a cup of allowed veggies. And I for past two nights have had severe wind pain, (sorry but) the runs at night. Pain quite bad that I've had 2 nurophin and I'm going to try sleep off again with electric blanket. Woke fine today and fine all day. Now happening again. Any clues?

I have tried bars in the past and it was ugly and painful. Not sure if it is sugar alchohols or Fiber. I hope it gets better for you.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
