Cold early morning but I'm here. First 5 k after 70 pounds down and deciding to get out n not be a recluse any longer. I can't run it but I'm gonna jog my little heart out.

Yea you!!!! Congrats!

I walked a 5k 2 yrs ago with co-workers. Most ran and 2 of us walked. Thought I was going to die. Hope to someday run one. I run all the time in my dreams. Not in a race but all over some city, mountain, beach, whatever. Kinda like Forrest Gump;)
