mistysj 1,940 Posted May 3, 2013 Most adults have it. It is bacteria that causes ulcers. You just have to take nexium which has antibiotics in it. They test for it by making you drink something and then breathe into a balloon. They can see if you still have it by what you breathe out. It's not always a problem to have h. Pylori.
