I felt that I was hungry all the time until I started eating "real" food. Are you getting all the Protein in? That helps. And enough liquid.

I am 5 months out and looking back I feel that I was having more acid issues. Not hungry issues.

I also found that taking my anti acid meds at same time every day helped and they do take a few days to get into my system.

I only was eating 400-500 cals at 3 weeks out. It also took me a while to settle into a comfortable routine. I find that I can't "eat" in the morning. I do better with a cup of coffe and my 2 scoops of protien in my coffee. Get my Protein over with pretty much. That keeps me full with drinking my liquids.

hang in there you will keep trying different things and find the one that works best for you!

Awful lot of calories for this early out. Should be 600-800. Are you following basics 1. Don't drink with meals or 30 min before or after

2. Taking a PPI

3. Eating dense Protein first.

Try this and you should not be hungry at all. 1200 calories is what people eat in maintence.

You should be eating 800 calories a day. The Atkins diet is what worked best for me. Protein and dark green vegetables.
