BonnieE 9 Posted May 2, 2013 Don't rush it. Your body is doing what it needs to heal. The weight loss will come. Just follow the liquid diet and get your Protein in which will help with the loss. Remember, this is your NEW lifestyle and life.....you are here for the long run so be patient! Good luck! 1 giggles232000 reacted to this

krystalt313 13 Posted May 3, 2013 besides not feeling as if you lost fast enough' date=' how did surgery go[/quote'] The surgery went great. I did a lot of walking yesterday. I sometimes gulp my Water, and feels crazy going down. I'm learning to take smaller sips. I'm still on the liquid diet, so I'm a little hungry. Surprisingly, I've had a lot of energy! I feel great

tia952000 16 Posted May 3, 2013 You don't won't your weight to fall any faster than it already is, there is jeopardy of skin hanging the faster it falls off, so just keep doing what you are doing which is great.
