I eat everything. The best treat is filet mignon. You can buy a serving for $3.00. I am interested in hearing more suggestions because I am bored with eating. I eat mostly fish (tilapia) and chicken. 97% lean sandwich meat is acceptable too. tuna is perfect for you at this point as well and it's full of Protein which We all need! Good luck on your journey! Ive lost 42 pounds with no stalls just yet. Down 35 but had a week stall at the 3 week period. It is now slowly starting to come off again. I still feel tired and weak and don't exercise because I have a bum knee.
