Talk to your doctor, but i just spoke to my dietitian this past week and we went through the different phase's and based on what she told me it sounds normal just keep trying to get that liquid down I'm sure it will start getting easier ^_^

The dizzy and tired feelings are most likely coming from the lack of Protein intake. This also leads to your body feeding on muscle tissue which then slows weight loss and makes you even weaker. If you can't get in more protein and Water you need to call your dr and get checked to make sure there isn't a larger problem. Good Luck.

Remember...In the first couple of weeks, Water first, Protein second. Makes a world of difference. Our bodies can survive with what we have stored....it needs the water to stay hydrated. :)

Sounds like you're probably dehydrated. One bottle of Water is really little for a day, so you should probably work on getting more in. I know it's hard, but sip sip sip all the time. You don't wanna end up in the hospital.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
