lilbearzmom 584 Posted May 1, 2013 I'm taking a "one daily" women's health vitamin/mineral supplement, 5000 mcg B-12, 5000 IU Vitamin D, 2 Calcium chews, and 500 mg Vitamin C. I used to take Iron supplements and Biotin as well, but I ran out of them and haven't bought more. Both are in the multivitamin- the Iron is 100% daily recommended.
