soccergirl88 56 Posted May 1, 2013 In what way? Physically, emotionally, or both?
joatsaint 2,814 Posted May 1, 2013 You're not the only one with low energy. You can add me to the list, but I had low energy long before the surgery. I think my problem is the combination of sleep apnea and COPD that keeps me from getting enough rest/oxygen.
Jessi_Rae 21 Posted May 1, 2013 I feel like crap a lot...but than I also feel okay a lot of the time. I tend to vomit a lot, Im having acid issues in my baby tummy. Which causes me to feel dizzy a lot and lightheaded. With all of that said, I still wouldnt trade not having the surgery, some days I really miss eating like a normal person, but than I remeber my starting weight and size, and where I am right now, and it replaces the head hunger. Im glad to be getting healthy, even if it means having a baby tummy for life. 1 soccergirl88 reacted to this
No game 14,437 Posted May 1, 2013 Sign me up! I feel like crap a lot too... I get sick a lot these days and my blood work came up with something weird going on with my parathyroid glands They are leaching Calcium from my bones and have long list of symptoms like low energy, Depression, I'm trying to ignore it, but just today my husband said that he feels I was more energetic and fun before the surgery o_0
luckysmomma 407 Posted May 1, 2013 Feel crap here, too...inside & out....only time I feel good is when I can sleep in (only the weekends) & when I can get in the sun...
njgrl22 18 Posted May 1, 2013 You guys don't understand how happy I am reading these. Everyone always posts about good things. I thought I was the only one. Although I do not vomit my stomach feels funny most of the time. I also can barely fit anything in my stomach without feeling uncomfortable. My lightheadedness got a bit better, but now I have lost feeling from my ankles to under my belly button. Spoke to the Doc and I need to start taking thiamine. I love my results, but this is really hard. I need to start working soon and It takes me a while to get going. Just unsure of what to do.
No game 14,437 Posted May 1, 2013 I think the stomach thing for me got better around 5 months.. I feel pretty good with eating no more queasiness. As for the exhaustion I'm hopeful that I will be back to normal in a couple of months, it's a big thing we did to our bodies and I think for some if us, it takes longer to rebound. 1 Houston17 reacted to this
