Thanks for posting the label! Sounds yummy but has more fat than my WL team recommends. They say 3g fat/100 calories is considered low fat. That said, I also believe that anywhere you cut Fat or Calories is a plus!!

Between my boyfriend and the twin boys my best option is to keep protien shakes in the fridge
