All in all it's not bad. I think I'd add some banana flavor Protein powder to the milk though.

Just watch the carbs. And be sure to measure the serving, cereal is really to overeat

The Protein cereal has 10 grams of protein. I know what you mean about being easy to overeat, but nothing went down today so I tried the cereal.
