It looks so enticing for after those really tough workout sessions. I use a cheapie regular roller now from Sports Authority and it has already helped so much with long term back issues. There is nothing better then an aligned and relaxed back. Love it! No more pain management with drugs. They are kind of pricy so cannot wait until my wife lets me spend money on one of these rumble rollers! Has anyone tried one?

sarsar 824 Posted May 1, 2013 Oh my goodness, I just got this exact roller and it is WONDERFUL! I love it! I foam roll every day with a regular firm foam roller and I thought this would be a nice addition. It really gets into the areas that need some digging. It feels so good. I highly recommend getting this roller. I would also recommend getting the longer one, I did, as i am used to rolling with a longer roller. I do not recommend this for first time users or if you are not athletic. It is a firm roller I think it would hurt too much if you aren't used to rolling. 1 Fiddleman reacted to this
Fiddleman 4,376 Posted May 1, 2013 Awesome to hear good reports on it. I have already hinted to my wife I want it for my bday next week. Rolling around on these rollers sure beats the heck out of paying for massages.
sarsar 824 Posted May 1, 2013 Awesome to hear good reports on it. I have already hinted to my wife I want it for my bday next week. Rolling around on these rollers sure beats the heck out of paying for massages. Also beats going to the chiropractor! My whole body cracks when I roll. Your wife needs to get this for you! Send me her number and I'll tell her. Seriously, you will love this. 1 Fiddleman reacted to this

Heaven! The massage is so therapeutic and unreal. I do believe it may have also straightened out the curvature of my spine a little, but that might be wishful thinking. It also is designed to build a strong core with the right exercises. I am excited about a long relationship the two of us are going to have... 1 Butterthebean reacted to this
does not matter 39 Posted May 10, 2013 I've used mine a few times now and let me start by saying that I have never used a regular foam roller before.... it is intense? YES! but it feels amazing. So if you're like me and haven't used a foam roller ever, it will take you a while to use your full weight on the roller. The other thing I need to mention is that it does leave bruises on my legs, but for what it does, it's well worth it and I wouldn't complain about the bruises at all. 1 Fiddleman reacted to this
