For some reason I am getting sick to my stomach while trying to eat Jello. Any suggestions on how to take meds if I can't tolerate them in Jello? I'm two days post op.

Crush em and swallow them - chase with swigs of crystal light. Nasty but tolerable.

That's what I do- put.some.crystal light in my mouth. Head back - pour the crushed pill and chase with more crystal light...it's horrible but quick.

Then I 'reward' myself with chewable Calcium and Vitamin

I find closing my nose while swollowing the crushed pills helped. It's like shutting off you taste buds.
