Beckh86 40 Posted April 27, 2013 Ok ladies... I have a "pouch", FUPA, gunt... Whatever you would like to call it... Any chance it will go away after this surgery with diet and exercise?... 1 Linda 66 reacted to this
Linda 66 34 Posted April 27, 2013 LoL I love the terms. My answer...I really don't think it will. I lost 120 was skinny had Tummy Tuck and my Va J J was still fat. My husband sometimes grabs it in his fist and says, "play ball"! Cause its meaty and fits in his whole fist smh. I'm hoping there is a cosmetic surgery for this so I can have a tiny cooch lol. Thank God it's not noticeable in clothes. Btw, I don't get insulted when my husband does that to me, we both laugh.
Beckh86 40 Posted April 27, 2013 Lol my husband and I have a very similar sense of humor. I was just hopeful that it would at least get smaller. I hate it. Of course it doesn't bother him though.

I had a friend in high school that called herself flappy McSkin because she had a similar problem. And she actually did have plastic surgery to reduce her...whatever you want to call It. The surgery exists!
Beckh86 40 Posted April 27, 2013 Thanks for the info. I'm not going to have any plastic surgery until after kids but its nice to know its out there. I'm hoping it will at least decrease in size for now. I'm fairly active so hopefully that will help
It's all new 453 Posted April 27, 2013 I just responded earlier today to another thread about pretty much the same topic. Unfortunately it is common that even when you have lost your excess weight you keep the FUPA plus extra skin, making it... somewhat abnormal looking. My plastic surgeon addressed it in my Tummy Tuck, doing Lipo of the area and a lift of the mons pubis at the same time. She tells her patients that no woman wants to look like they have a scrotum. (It doesn't really look like that, but having extra skin in that area is not ideal for a woman). I'd rather have the extra skin than the extra weight -best of both worlds was to get rid of it all.
