No drinking 30 minutes before or after meals?

Are you using that breathing thingy they have you after surfer? I hate it but it seems to help me get a little more breath each day.

Also can't believe they don't have you drinking Protein. I thinks will turn around when you do.

No I'm not using that, but I will now. I am drinking Protein as much as I can.

Yikes- I just woke up and took my pain meds. They make me a terrible typer on this app. Glad you got what I was saying!!

How long ago did you have the surgery?

I had my surgery Feb 26, so this Tuesday makes 6 weeks.
