WOW!! Your boobs are fantastic now!! I'm hoping mine will shrink' date=' but I was a double D when I was 116, so I am not sure. If you gotta keep something, at least it's in the right place.

GOOD JOB!![/quote']

Lmao, Thanks! I am hoping they stay. They actually got perkier which is an added bonus. Damn! Double D at 116! Geez woman! Lol. At least if you feel forward you would hit your Tata's not your face.

No kidding. I do martial arts and one of the things that I am really looking forward to is doing my jumping kicks without worrying about a black eye or a bloody nose. I have to wear 2 sports bras now and I am sure I will later. That the only great thing about being 41 and having saggier boobs -- they have farther to travel on the way up towards my face. :D

Wow, good job! You look great..Did you get the 3 week stall at all? IF not, what was your eating routine like? I haven't lost in 2 weeks and I"m getting so frustrated..

I hit my first stall at 4 weeks out and just recently came off my second stall. I mostly eat more meats than anything. I can still only eat about an ounce to an ounce and half of meats and maybe a half ounce of veggies every meal. My stomach still can't take a lot. I don't eat Breakfast so

I just drink a shake. I work 10 hour days at work so I end up walking 2 miles a day there and on my 3 day weekends I do some cardio but a lot of resistance training.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
