bamagirl57 17 Posted April 25, 2013 Ok! I have everything in to be submitted for insurance approval. The coordinator is supposed to submit this evening or tomorrow morning. Well she informed me that she has not received the sleep study report yet; and I will have to wait two more weeks for clearance if the doctor feels I need a Cpap. I did not even know that I had moderate sleep apnea until I had the study. I am trying to get a date at the end of May. June is slam full of obligations. I don't want to have to wait until July. I pray that everything will fall into place????

jgcraftmom 41 Posted April 25, 2013 I know. I'm waiting to hear if my doc submitted for me. I really need to have this surgery beginning if June so it's making me crazy waiting. I've called the office several times but no one has called me back. I'm becoming to crazed. I even think that maybe I'll go into the office to check in!!! bamagirl57 17 Posted April 26, 2013 Jgcraftmom I understand completely about the onesided phone tag. I have called several times over the last couple of weeks and no one returned my call. I have sent emails because I know how busy they are. She won't even respond to emails???? that makes me angry! As much as these procedures cost you would think the offices would be more professional about returning calls. I have even considered changing surgeon offices! Everything will work out for you even if you have to wait longer than you wanted to.
