Well, this is it! This the first week since surgery on 2/26/13 that the scale is inching down. I knew it was coming. I am thrilled I have lost 48lbs, so far, but it is tough when you have been losing all along, then hit the snail pace weight loss week. I am getting my Water and Protein Shakes in, but I really need to be eating every 3-4 hours...working on that. Staying away from fruits still, only a bite of fruit every couple of days, still mostly Atkins diet.
