I'm only just getting back to exercising now. My job is quite busy on my feet so that's helped I think.

Iv been a yo yo with my weight since i was 11 and have even gotten down to 54kgs ( when i was 26) before but then I go up the scale to 107kg so I'm hoping finally I can have some control on my life.

I must say only now am I getting energy to actually be able to do stuff without being super tiered after
