ginger 0 Posted December 7, 2006 Do anyone else wake up in the wee hours of the morning STARVING??? I do this almost every night around 12:00 to 3:00 am. I usually reach for a chocolate soy milk, then I can go back to sleep. Am I not eating enough at dinner maybe?
kwhenrykerr 0 Posted December 7, 2006 I eat a very small amount of Penut Butter before bed, no drinking.

faybie 0 Posted December 8, 2006 I wake up hungry too, I just force myself to go back to sleep. I attribute it to our increased metabolisms, which is a good thing. If it is unbearable, I suggest drinking Water.< /p>
Fauxnaif 1 Posted December 8, 2006 Maybe you should eat a piece of string cheese (or half) before bed. That usually satisfies me for a long time!
Kynekke 0 Posted December 8, 2006 I've found that the new Dannon Crave Control yogurts before bed tend to alleviate those. It's just regular yogurt with added Protein and Fiber so it sticks around longer.
