After 10 months of the surgery I can hardly see the scars. It will look better along the way.

I used neosporin hydrocortisone anti itch cream. It is for eczema and it worked great on my incisions. They were red, itchy and a little scabby until I used it.

If you had single incision that will certainly hurt the most your belly button is a tender spot so expect to be more sore than most

You could try Bio Oil scar treatment. You should be able to find it near the band-aids at the pharmacy, or in the pharmacy section of the grocery store. It might help keep it moisturized, and not so dry and itchy.

I used bacitracen ointment,,when you go to sleep place it on your booboo and cover with gauze so it will moisten thru the nite.. I also put Vitamin e oil on all my invisions daily(when i remember).good luck.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
