I am not sure if they have crystal lite there.( I am in N.Y.) but any powdered sugarfree stuff to add to water.. I dont feel lightheaded and weak,, but I do get tired..how much Water (or water stuff) are you getting in???how much Protein?

TRY cottage cheese with peaches,, some chili with a little shredded cheese put a couple of spoons greek plain yogurt on it...ricotta bake( ricotta cheeses( 1 cup) ,with one egg mix it up add some seasoning you like (garlic powder , oregano)place in microwave dish add some sauce and shredded cheese and microwave for about 3 minutes.

I am sorry to hear you are struggling at the moment; but It will get better.

Meanwhile, please see your doctor about this foam in your mouth issue; sounds like nausea...which could be acid. Are you taking any antiacid at the moment?

I found that a bit of lemon squeezed in my cold Water helped tremendously earlier during my postop phase. If you can't find crystal lite where you are from, like myself, then get creative with your plain water...like mint, lemon, lemongrass, ginger, etc.

I also swear by fresh ginger drink. Boil some in plain water and add sugar substitute to taste, if needed. I like it plain, but it may take some getting used to.

Most importantly, make yourself drink all the time!

It really does sound like an acid issue, which if can be managed, may help make your be able to take in more. This should then help with the weakness feeling.

Best of luck, and keep us posted!
