I'm on day 7 since my surgery and yesterday at my post op appointment I was bumped up from fluids to puréed foods. On my sheet I can eat puréed watermelon so I don't see why you can't eat it after the sleeve. I love watermelon.

I'm post op 5 weeks and just had my first piece of watermelon last night..Delish...Only could eat 2 chunks of it though, but it was still good..LOL

Yes you can! Everyone's stages of diet seem to be different, but it's such a high Water content that you should be able to have it soon enough. I'm looking forward to having it just in time for summer and the delish watermelons they have at the farmers market. :)
