Pre op bloodwork

What is the pre op bloodwork for? I've already done a bunch of blood work during the 6 month process so I just wondering. I started my liquid diet yesterday and I did cheat I had 4 crackers because I could not get the hunger to go away even with the shakes I hope I didn't ruin it.

After I had my blood work done, they sent me a letter saying there were a couple things that popped up on there. I had very low levels of Vitamin B and D so I bought bottles of Vitamins the next day. Maybe there wanting to check yours again

Prior to surgery they cross and match your blood, they check for any other issues that could relate to your surgery. I don't think a few crackers will alter any blood work results, but just try to do your best with your pre-op diet. Good luck! You can do this!!
