MsVictorious1020 497 Posted April 23, 2013 Well I'm doing pretty good post op. I went walking in a nature preserve during the day. Then went to the gym and did some power walking for 25 minutes. I feel good and I'm determined to get these pounds off. 3 ISleevedIt, rosehips and DonRodolfo reacted to this

ISleevedIt 380 Posted April 23, 2013 Good for you! I'm a walker also. I usually do 10 - 15k steps each day during the week and on weekends I increase my steps to 20 -25k steps each day. However the days I increase my steps, I also increase my calories...trying to keep my body from thinking it should go into starvation mode and present me with a stall. I have incorporated intervals as they say that burns calories really good too. Keep us posted on your exercise journey
