Any Gummy multi-Vitamins that work?

I have Bariatric Advantage and they don't taste *awful* but when you bite them it feels like a poof of powder in your mouth. I stopped taking them because that's what I took right after surgery and vomited a lot before my leak was diagnosed so the taste now makes me gag. I take flintstones complete (they have Iron so that knocks out an addition pill, too.). They'll work temporarily but eventually I'll have to switch to something more geared for adults. But my surgeon's nurse had RNY and took flintstones for 7 years before she showed any signs of deficiency.

Have read of people taking two flinstone Vitamins. The thought was that two kid Vitamins equals one adult. Not sure my thoughts on that, but throwing it out there.
