I can't speak to the quality of the protein...but I can tell you that Ihave been drinking these for years. They are delicious...especially the Cookies & Cream! What I like the most about them is they don't have that chalky taste. I have tried many brands and IMO these are by far the tastiest.

The stats look terrific!! I haven't heard anything regarding the bio-availability of that form of Protein, you could ask your Nutritionist.
